HUADING TUBULAR CENTRIFUGES
The tubular centrifuge is a kind of centrifugal equipment with very high
separation factor. The minimum separation particle is 1 micron. it is
especially suitable tor extraction, concentration and clarification of
materials with little difference in the specific gravity of liquid and solid
phases, tine solid particle size, low solid content and strong corrosive
media. it is mainly used for solid-liquid separation and liquid-liquidsolid
separation of materials in such industries as food, chemical industry,
beverage, biological pharmacy, blood products, intermediates, etc. The
machine has such features as good separation effect, high output, small
floor space and convenient operation.
GQ clarification type:
it is mainly used lor various types of suspensions with relatively high separation difficulty, especially suitable far solid-liquid separation of suspensions with low concentration, tine particles and little difference in the specific gravity of solid and liquid phases. The solid particles with greater density will gradually deposit on the inner walls of the bowl and form residues, which will be manually discharged after the machine stops. The clarified liquids will flow ta the liquid outlet on the upper part of the bowl lor discharging.
GF separation type:
it is mainly used lor various types of emulsions which are hard to separate in industries, especially suitable far liquid-liquid separation of those with little difference in the specific gravity of the two phases, or liquid-liquid-solid three-phase separation of those containing small amounts of impurities. The liquids of high density will form an outer ring, and the liquids of light density will form an inner ring. They will flow to their respective liquid outlets on the upper part of the bowl lor discharging. Tlıe small amounts of solids will deposit on the bowl walls and be manually discharged after the machine stops.
