Glass Lined Storage Vessels & Receivers

Glass Lined Heat Exchangers

We offer Glass Lined Heat Exchangers in Plate Type and Shell-In-Shell Type constructions. Glass Lined heat exchagers offer greater durability, longer and maintenance free service compared to other heat exhangers used in corrosive applications.

Salient features of Plate Type Heat Exchangers:

  • Light and compact design
  • Available from 4 m2  to 10 m2 heat transfer area
  • Pressure rating from 2 kg to Full Vacuum on process side
  • Pressure rating up to 4 kg/cm2 on jacket side

Glass Lined Columns

HLE Glascoat has the capability to manufacture columns upto 2.4m in diamter and with a single piece upto 6m long. With dedicated infrastructure to manufacture columns, we can supply some of the largest columns with unrivalled tolerances.

With over 500 installations, we are the leaders in Glass Lined Columns in the country. We regularly supply columns along with internals such as structured packings, support plates, dip pipes, spargers and so on.
